A fast-moving wildfire has caused the evacuation of 30-40 homes south of Cave Junction, Ore.
The American Red Cross Cascades Region has opened a shelter at the Immanuel United Methodist Church in Cave Junction. The shelter address is 200 W. Watkins Street.
