At 8:15 PM fire crews responded to a fire at 7615 SE 66th Ave. When crews arrived they found a detached garage that was fully involved. The garage fire ha d began to spread to two adjacent structures.
Firefighters made entry to one home that was vacant. They found smoke inside the structure and determined the fire had spread into the attic. The house was then ventilated and the fire extinguished. Additional crews made a quick attack of the garage fire and stopped it from spreading to the interior of the second home. There were no injuries related to this incident and a fire investigator is on scene working to determine the cause.
