BEAVERTON, Ore. - The August 28 Flicks by the Fountain has been cancelled due to inclement weather. Tonight's film, Jurassic Park, will not be rescheduled.
After consultation with the city's emergency management team and close monitoring of reports from the National Weather Service, the city has determined that the safest course of action is to cancel tonight's event. The outdoor movie screen cannot be used during poor weather.
The Flicks by the Fountain series has concluded for the season.
