On August 18th, 2015, The Washington County Circuit Court issued an arrest warrant for Ysrael Bien for Personal Invasion of Privacy, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Initiating a False Police Report.
The Sherwood Police Department attempted to locate Ysrael Bien at his last known residence. According to a fellow Priest at the residence, it is believed he has left the country.

The Sherwood Police Department is also wishing to speak with anyone who believes they may have been a victim to the invasion of their personal privacy while in attendance at the St. Francis Church.
