At about 1345 on July 31st, 2015 Mr. Jeremy James Bonsignore, age 26, was released from the hospital and arrested for the July 28th murder of Andrae Fenner. He is being transported and will be lodged at the Clackamas County Jail. He will be lodged on a single count of Murder. There is no bail.

Investigators have determined that Mr. Fenner was killed by Mr. Bonsignore as Mr. Fenner was trying to defend a third person who was at the residence at the time of the shooting. They are not releasing additional details of the incident at this time as this is still an active investigation, with investigators conducting interviews, gathering evidence and executing search warrants.

This case has been submitted to the Clackamas County District Attorney.

The deceased male has been identified as Andrae Fenner, 29 years old, of Damascus. Mr. Fenner died at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and torso.

The other male is identified as Jeremy James Bonsignore, 25 years old, of Oregon City. Mr. Bonsignore had a single gunshot wound to his leg. He is currently hospitalized for his injuries.

Investigators learned Jeremy Bonsignore's went to Andrae Fenner's residence to confront a mutual acquaintance of theirs. There was a confrontation between the two males; they exchanged gun fire, shooting each other. No one else was injured in the altercation.

On July 28, 2015 just after 5:30 pm Officers from Damascus Police and Deputies from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office responded to a call of a shooting. The shooting occurred at the River View Mobile Home Park, 15758 S Hwy 224 in Damascus. There was a report of multiple people shot at the location.

Officers located two adult males, both had gunshot wounds. Both males were on the street in front of a residence within the park. Witnesses and neighbors were performing CPR on one of the males. Officers rendered medical aid and called for Fire Department personnel to come into the scene.

One of the males was pronounced dead at the scene. The other male was transported by AMR to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries; he had a gunshot wound to his leg
The initial investigation indicates both males knew each other, one of the males lived at the residence where the shooting took place, and they each shot each other with handguns. The specifics of the shooting are still being investigated.

Names of the individuals are not being released at this time pending family notification.
The Clackamas County Inter-Agency Major Crime team is on scene and investigating the shooting.
