On May 27, 2015 Detectives from the Vancouver Police Department and U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Timar A. Degraffe, 10/26/90. He was booked in the Clark County Jail
for Attempted Murder II and Robbery I.

The victim in this case remains hospitalized and his information is not being released.

The investigation is ongoing and no further information is available at this time.

*** UPDATE***

The investigation has revealed that the suspect did rob the credit union and the customer that was stabbed was attempting to intervene after the robbery. The suspect fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Detectives from the Vancouver Police Department Major Crimes Unit are continuing the investigation and are asking anyone with information on the identity or location of the suspect to call the Vancouver Police Tip Line, (360) 487-7399.

Vancouver, Wash. - On May 26, 2015, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Vancouver Police responded to the IQ Credit Union located at 7017 NE Vancouver Mall Drive for the report of a stabbing. A male entered the bank wearing a hooded sweatshirt, a bank employee asked him to remove the hood, a male customer attempted to intervene, and the suspect stabbed the customer in the stomach and fled the bank. The victim's injuries appear to be non-life threatening.

A photo of the suspect was captured by surveillance cameras. Anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call the Vancouver Police Tip Line, (360) 487-7399.
