VANCOUVER MASSAGE THERAPIST ARRESTED, POLICE SEARCHING FOR MORE POSSIBLE VICTIMS (PHOTO)

Vancouver, Wash. - On April 2, 2015, the Vancouver Police Department Major Crimes Unit arrested massage therapist Valentin Delgado, owner of Massage by Valentin, located at 5501 NE 109th Court in Vancouver (http://www.massagebyvalentin.com). Delgado was charged with three counts of Indecent Liberties, a crime involving sexual contact with another pe rson.
This arrest stemmed from three separate complaints filed by previous clients who reported inappropriate and unwanted sexual contact during their massages. During this investigation, it was determined Delgado worked at several spas in the Clark County area to include:
* Bridge Chiropractic, Salmon Creek, July 2014- present
* Estetica Day Spa, Longview, WA, September 2013 -August 2014
* Elements Therapeutic Massage, Vancouver, WA, June 2013- December 2013
* Spoiled Spa and Salon, Vancouver, WA, October 2011- September 2013
* Hand and Stone Vancouver, WA, October 2011- April 2013
The Vancouver Police Department, during contact with these salons, learned there are possibly other clients with complaints who never officially came forward. At this time, Detectives are asking persons who have received a massage from Valentin Delgado, during which time inappropriate touching or other questionable behavior occurred, to contact the Vancouver Police Department.
No other therapists in the office where Delgado currently works, or anyone employed with the list of previous employers, are under investigation or otherwise associated with this criminal case.
