MILWAUKIE POLICE INVESTIGATE ROBBERY AT LOCAL GROCERY STORE

On 04-10-15, at around 1:30 p.m., Milwaukie Police responded to a robbery at Albertson's Pharmacy, 10830 SE Oak Street in Milwaukie.
A male subject, later identified as 42-year-old Marty Powelson, walked into the pharmacy at Albertson's and stated he had a gun, no gun was seen, and stole Oxycodone. The subject left the store before police arrived, but also left behind a credit card with his name on it.
Milwaukie Detectives located the subject's residence around the 7000 block of SE 69th Avenue in Portland. With the assistance of the Portland Police Bureau, the subject was taken into custody.
Mr. Powelson is currently lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on charges of Robbery II, PCS-Oxycodone, and an outstanding warrant out of Multnomah County.
