The incident occurred at approximately 2:15 a.m. in the area of 8th/Main Street. Vancouver Police patrol officers responded to a report of shots fired in that area and conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with three occupants who were arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. There were no reported injuries or property damage.

Shalon D. Freeman, 22, of Portland; Adrian L. Marshall, 22, of Portland; and Howard D. Washington, 21, of Portland were booked into the Clark County Jail.

Vancouver Police are investigating another shooting that occurred in downtown Vancouver on the morning of 2-21-15. During the shooting investigation three adult males from the Portland area were arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm. Vancouver Police continue to investigate this shooting.
