A Portland woman was cited by Oregon State Police (OSP) following an investigation into a July 2014 serious injury traffic crash involving a motorcycle and passenger car on Highway 211 at S. Hayden Road south of Estacada.
On October 4, 2014, OSP cited TARA JOYCE, age 20, from Portland, for Dangerous Left Turn. The citation was issued in connection to an investigation into a serious injury traffic crash on July 15, 2014, in which a 2008 Harley Davidson motorcycle operated by JOHN W. GROENER, age 59, from Beavercreek, was involved in a collision with a passenger car driven by JOYCE that was turning left from Highway 211 toward S. Hayden Road. The motorcycle crashed into the Kia's passenger side, ejecting GROENER from the motorcycle onto the highway.
