UPDATE- LOCK DOWN LIFTED HERITAGE HIGH SCHOOL ON LOCK DOWN

UPDATE Nothing suspicious was located at the school. At 15:00 Hrs the school lock down was lifted and students are being released, parents wanting to pick up students may do so at the school. Major Crimes Detectives remain on scene and will be conduct an investigation to identify and apprehend the bomb threat hoax suspect.
about 13:00 Hrs today a phone call threatening a bomb threat was placed to a receptionist at the school. Per protocol the school was placed on lock down and law enforcement responded. At this time the students are sheltered in place while the building is being cleared and checked for any suspicious objects. The credibility of the threat is considered low, but caution requires activation on bomb threat protocols. Nothing further to release at this time.
