WILSONVILLE, OR -- The Frog Pond Area planning project has reached a key milestone--the team has developed three alternative plans to guide the future of the 500-acre area surrounding the Frog Pond Grange on Stafford Road. In order to obtain public input on the alternative plans, the City is hosting an Open House from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, at Wilsonville City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East.

At the Open House members of the project team will describe the alternative plans and explain their differences in order to allow the public to make informed recommendations about the plans.

In addition to the in-person open house, the City is also holding an Online Open House Survey which began Friday, October 10, and runs through Tuesday, October 21, 2014. The purpose of the Online Open House Survey is to share the plans with community members online and obtain their feedback about draft plans. To participate in the Online Open House Survey visit www.ci.wilsonville.or.us/FrogPond.

Feedback from the online and in-person open houses are very valuable as they will help narrow the project alternatives and inform the creation of a preferred plan that combines the best elements from each alternative plan.
