On October 20th, 2014 investigators with the Clackamas County Interagency Task Force attempted to contact and arrest Daniel "Danny" Scott Spillers near the Gateway Shopping Mall located on NE 102nd Avenue in Portland.

Spillers was driving a stolen Jeep utility at the time. When investigators got out and attempted to arrest Spillers, he rammed two police vehicles and fled. None of the investigators were injured and the Jeep was recovered a short time later in Southeast Portland. However both vehicles were damaged in the incident. Investigators later learned from witnesses that inside the stolen Jeep with Spillers were a female and infant child.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Daniel Scott Spillers is encouraged to contact CCITF investigators at 503-209-0879. Investigators are also continuing their investigation of other crimes and criminal associates connected to Spillers and are seeking out persons with information about those activities and persons. Spillers currently has a felony warrant for parole violation and is wanted by Clackamas County Sheriff for additional charges related to this most recent incident.
