During its 89th annual conference, the League of Oregon Cities selected its 2015 board of directors and Mayor Denny Doyle was elected as treasurer. The new officers and directors were elected by the League's general membership.

"I'm deeply honored to be selected by my peers for this position," said Mayor Doyle. "I look forward to helping the League of Oregon Cities expand legislation that is critical to all cities in the state."

The following is a complete list of city officials that were named to the League's governing board for the calendar year 2015. Officials new to the board or to an officer position this year appear in bold text.

Founded in 1925, the League of Oregon Cities is a voluntary association representing all 242 of Oregon's incorporated cities. The League helps city governments serve their citizens by providing legislative services, policy setting, intergovernmental relations, conferences and training, technical assistance and publications.

Mayor Doyle was also honored this year during the Oregon Mayor's Association Summer Conference in Pendleton where he received the Mayor's Leadership Award.
