On August 1, 2014 at approximately 11:00 a.m. Paulette Louise Chandler was located and found to be safe by deputies from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office. Chandler was located near 82nd Dr and Hwy 212 in Clackamas, OR.

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue (SAR) Team is searching for a missing 68-year-old woman who suffers from dementia.

On August 31, 2014 at about 9:30 PM, the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office responded to the Eagle Creek area after family members reported 68-year-old Paulette Louise Chandler was missing from her home. Sheriff's Office Deputies learned Ms. Chandler suffered from dementia and was recently moved by family members to the Eagle Creek area from the Sacred Heart Villa in Portland.

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Search & Rescue Team is conducting a search of the Clackamas area surrounding the locations of possible sightings of Ms. Chandler by citizens and nearby business employees. The last possible sighting of Ms. Chandler was near the Motel 6 on SE 97th Ave in Clackamas.

Ms. Chandler is described as:
- 5'5" tall
- 160 pounds
- Gray hair
- Blue eyes
- Probably wearing a purple shirt, red or purple jacket, blue jeans with possible flower print, carrying a black purse and a cane.
- Ms. Chandler is reported to have no short term memory due to dementia. Ms. Chandler may also suffer from mild hallucinations during which she would see things which are not really there. Family members said she would present as being lost, dazed, and confused more than anything.

Anyone who has seen or may have any information regarding Paulette Chandler is urged to call 911 to assist the Sheriff's Office in locating her.
