POLICE SEEK HELP IN LOCATING THEFT SUSPECT (PHOTO)

On September 27, 2014, Vancouver Police responded to Winco, located near 25th Street and Andresen Rd for a theft complaint. During the investigation, it was learned that around 0900 a vendor was stocking shelves in the store and put down his coat while working. He returned a short time later and discovered a wallet and other personal items were missing from his coat. Winco employees, working with Vancouver Police, located some in-store video surveillance that appears to capture the theft. The suspect is described as an adult male with a dark complexion, with dark hair, a light colored zip-up sweatshirt, and dark colored jeans. The suspect had his small child with him during the theft as well.
