Disaster action team members of the American Red Cross this afternoon responded to a disaster in the 2700 block of Spirit Lake Highway in Toutle, Washington (east of Mount St. Helens). This single-family fire affected one adult and two dogs. Red Cross provided food, clothing, lodging, comfort kit, and information about disaster mental health and disaster health services.
