ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: 42nd Street in Springfield is now open near OR 126(Eugene-Springfield Hwy.) after a trailer overturned earlier today. The Westbound 42nd Street exit from the freeway remains closed while equipment from the trailer is removed from near the ramp.
