The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue (SAR) team is currently conducting a search for a missing 55 year old man who suffers from dementia and other medical issues.

On August 11th at about 6:30 a.m the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to Dodge Park at 11021 SE. Lusted Rd, which is in unincorporated Clackamas County, to search for a reported missing endangered person. The Sheriff's Office learned that 55 year old Vernon Ray, known as "Keith" walked away from his camp site at about 1:30 a.m. and has not been seen since.

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue Team is currently doing a search of the land and waterways around the area.

Mr. Ray is described as 5 foot 6 inches, 160 pounds, brown hair, and hazel eyes and is clean shaven. He was last seen wearing a blue flannel shirt, black Dickie brand shorts, black sandals and a black baseball hat. Mr. Ray has a memory span of about 5 minutes and can not talk. He may respond to the name Keith if called out to.

Anyone with any has seen or has any information about Mr. Vernon "Keith" Ray is urged to call 911 to report the spotting.
