Disaster responders from the American Red Cross Cascades Region are assisting two families affected by separate fires May 11 in Multnomah and Morrow Countiues.
A residential fire in the 700 block of Paul Smith Street in Boardman, Morrow County displaced two adults and five children. The Red Cross provided food, infant supplies and formula, lodging, comfort kits, and information about disaster mental health and disaster health services.
A recreational vehicle fire in the 13000 block of SE Washington Street in Portland, Multnomah County affected one adult and 2 cats. The Red Cross provided lodging, food, clothing, shoes, comfort kits, and information about disaster health services and disaster mental health.
