ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: The westbound lane of U.S. 20 is now open and traffic is being flagged through the crash scene. The highway had been closed since early this afternoon near the Santiam Summit (milepost 81.5) following a multi vehicle crash that resulted in a fatality. Motorists should still expect delays.
