VANCOUVER MAN ARRESTED AFTER PEPPER SPRAY INCIDENT AT MEDICAL CLINIC

On March 6, 2014 at approximately 1:40 p.m., Vancouver Police responded to the PeaceHealth Medical Group at 16811 SE McGillivray Blvd. for the report of a disturbance involving a male that sprayed pepper spray inside the clinic lobby. When officers arrived they discovered several patients and staff complaining of respiratory irritation. The can of spray was located and was determined to be blue pepper spray. No series injuries occurred as a result of this incident.
Christopher J. Briggs, DOB 6/13/1985, of Vancouver was arrested and booked into the Clark County Jail on four counts of Assault IV.
