PORTLAND FIRE & RESCUE AT SCENE OF ROLLOVER ACCIDENT WITH ONE OCCUPANT TRAPPED @ NE AIRPORT WAY

PF&R crews are at scene of rollover accident at NE Airport Way between 138th and 148th. This call came in at 6:53am, when crews arrived they found one vehicle on its top and one occupant trapped inside. The vehicle struck a fire hydrant and light pole before flipping onto it's top. A PF&R ladder truck crew with equipment and tools specific to vehicle rescues was first on-scene and was able to begin removing the one trapped occupant while engine crews arrived to provide protection with hose lines. The one female occupant was transported to Emanuel Hospital. No other injuries or vehicles involved.
