Hood: From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today, March 11, ODOT crews will remove eight trees along OR 99E, SE McLoughlin Boulevard, at SE Bybee in Portland that are rotten and in immediate danger of falling into the roadway. Tree felling work requires intermittent traffic stops lasting five minutes and a right lane closure of OR 99E. Travelers should expect delays and consider avoiding the area.
