On Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at 5:35 PM Red Cross responders responded to a residential fire in the 1200 hundred block of SE Belmont in Portland OR.This single-family fire affected 1 adult. Red Cross provided food, lodging, clothing, comfort kit, and information about disaster mental health and disaster health services.
