WOMAN ARRESTED AFTER DAMAGING STRANGER'S DISABLED VEHICLE ON INTERSTATE 5 SOUTH OF ALBANY (PHOTOS)

Oregon State Police (OSP), with the assistance of Linn County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), arrested a 24-year old woman Saturday afternoon following a bizarre incident along Interstate 5 near the Corvallis interchange.
According to Sergeant Vonn Schleicher, on January 4, 2014 at approximately 4:35 p.m., two women, ages 61 and 53, were traveling northbound on Interstate 5 when they ran out of gas near milepost 228. As they were on the phone trying to make arrangements for gas to be brought to their location, a strangely acting barefoot female approached their vehicle.
The two women in the car rolled up the windows and locked the doors. The woman's pants dropped, exposing herself, and then she left on foot across Interstate 5 toward the southbound lanes. Shortly afterward, the woman, later identified as VICTORIA DAWN LOHMANN, age 24, from Aumsville, returned to the disabled vehicle and got on top of the hood where she jumped up and down as the two women inside were on the phone to report the incident to 9-1-1. LOHMANN then jumped onto the windshield, caving it inward then jumped down and ran across Interstate 5.
Unaware of the incident, an OSP trooper pulled up behind the disabled car to determine if any help was needed. The two women told the trooper what had occurred and where LOHMANN left on foot toward.
The trooper coordinated other responding troopers and LCSO deputies to the scene. They quickly found LOHMANN and took her into custody without further incident. Albany Fire Department personnel responded to the scene and treated minor cuts to LOHMANN's feet, hands, and face that she received when damaging the vehicle.
LOHMANN was taken to Linn County Jail where he was lodged for Criminal Mischief in the First Degree, Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree, and two counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person. A suspected controlled substance was found on her person and will be submitted to the OSP Forensic Services Division Crime Lab for analysis.
The names of the two women inside the disabled vehicle are not available for this release.
