Oregon State Police (OSP) and Josephine County Sheriff's Office (JCSO) report that a missing 66-year old woman reported missing by her husband from their residence between Merlin and Grants Pass was found safe.

On December 8, 2013 at approximately 12:51 a.m., the husband of JANIELLE H. MITCHELL, age 66, contacted 9-1-1 reporting her missing from their residence in the 2800 block of Azalea Drive. She reportedly got up shortly after midnight to go to the bathroom and didn't return to bed. He believed she went outside where temperatures are in the single digits.

She was found this morning safe and is not injured.
