ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: An overturned semi continues to block US 20 (Corvallis-Newport Hwy) approximately four miles west of Eddyville (MP 20). ODOT expects the closure will last until about 9:45 or later, as crews work to right the truck and trailer and remove them from the highway.
