ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: Due to numerous crashes on I-5 in Linn County, ODOT has implemented chain requirements (Condition C) for most vehicles traveling I-5 through Linn County (MP 210 to 244). ODOT is also urging motorists to consider an alternate north/south route or to be ready to encounter congestion, crashes and delays.
