Gresham Police investigate fatal collision on SE Orient Dr.
Gresham, Ore - Police are investigating a collision that resulted in one fatality on SE Orient Dr at SE Salquist Rd in Gresham. The accident occurred at 7:09 a.m. Nichole M. Anstaett, 26, of Gresham died at the scene. Anstaett was traveling westbound on SE Orient Dr when her vehicle rear-ended another vehicle that was making an eastbound turn onto SE Salquist Rd. Anstaett lost control of her vehicle and was partially ejected. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured and is cooperating with the investigation. It is not known at this time if road conditions, speed, or alcohol was a factor. No further information is available at this time.
