ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: An overturned semi continues to partially block OR 58 (Willamette Hwy.) between Lowell and Oakridge (MP 19) in Lane County. One lane of traffic is being flagged through the area. Motorists should anticipate delays for several hours until the semi can be off-loaded and removed.
