ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: US 20 (Santiam Hwy) is now open after a single vehicle crash into a utility pole approximately six miles east of I-5. The utility will return to the scene after the evening commute to replace the damaged pole. At that time, one lane of the highway will be closed and the utility will flag traffic. UPDATE
