ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: Two lanes of southbound I-5 will remain closed by law enforcement for 2 to 3 hours to do a reconstruction following a crash involving a pick up and pedestrian just south of the Baldock Rest Area. The crash occurred at around 9:30 a.m. Traffic is backed up but starting to move slowly using the one open lane. Motorists avoid the area or expect long delays. UPDATE
