The driver of a pickup was uninjured after his vehicle and trailer loaded with produce rolled over Friday morning along Highway 213 near Beavercreek Road in the Oregon City area.

According to Oregon State Police (OSP) Trooper Scott Kinch, on December 28, 2012 at approximately 10:42 a.m., a 1997 Ford Explorer sport utility vehicle driven by BYRON BRADY, age 61, from West Linn, was northbound on Highway 213 near milepost 2 when the trailer began to fishtail causing BRADY to lose control. The Ford and trailer overturned in the right hand northbound lane and came to rest on the shoulder. The trailer's load of produce spilled onto the highway and shoulder area.

BRADY was not injured. He was cited by OSP for Fail to Drive Within Lane.

OSP was assisted at the scene by Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, Clackamas Fire District #1, and ODOT. The right northbound lane was closed about two hours to clean up the scene.
