OUTSTANDING ATTEMPT MURDER/KIDNAP SUSPECT IDENTIFIED

On November 28, 2012 at approximately 4:30 a.m., Vancouver Police responded to Kadow's Marina (10612 NW Lower River Road) for the report of a male that had been shot. The investigation revealed that the victim was kidnapped at gunpoint from an East Vancouver location and taken to the area near Vancouver Lake Park. The victim was robbed, shot multiple times, and the suspect fled in the victims 2012 black Nissa Sentra 4-door with an Oregon temporary tag and Beaverton Nissan license plate frame (see attached photo). The victim fled on foot and eventually made his way to Kadow's Marina where he sought help.
Investigators identified two suspects in this incident. Joanna K Speaks, 22 years old, of Vancouver was arrested on November 30, 2012 by Vancouver Police with the assistance of the Southwest Washington Regional SWAT Team. She has been booked at the Clark County Jail and charged with attempted murder, kidnapping, and robbery in the 1st degree.
The second suspect is outstanding and is identified as Name:
Pedro (no middle name) GODINEZ Jr.
AKA: "Junior"
DOB: 5-26-93
Description: Hispanic male, 5-10, 220lbs, Blk hair closely shaved, brown eyes
Tattoos: "Mariana" right side of head, "Monica" right side of neck "Baby" right forearm, "Silent" left forearm
Three photos of Godinez are attached. Two of the photos depict surveillance images of Godinez after the robbery and in control of the victims stolen vehicle. That vehicle has yet to be located.
Godinez should be considered "armed and dangerous"
Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is requested to call 911 immediately.
