ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: OR 126 (Florence-Eugene Hwy.) will remain closed overnight at milepost 24, between Walton and Mapleton in Lane County due to a landslide. Geotechnical experts have determined the slide to be stable and ODOT will bring in a contractor tomorrow morning to clear the debris. The highway is expected to reopen by tomorrow afternoon. The detour using Poodle Creek Road and Highway 36 will remain in place until the highway reopens. UPDATE
