On December 28, 2012, at about 10:50 a.m., near Hwy 212 and Hwy 26, a Clackamas County Sheriffs Office deputy attempted to stop a white 1999 Volkswagen Passat after seeing the driver wasn't wearing a seatbelt.

The driver immediately sped off and attempted to elude the deputy. The driver of the car pulled into a driveway near SE Waybill Road and SE Orient Drive a short while later.

The driver and both passengers attempted to elude the deputy on foot running through the yard and into surrounding area.

The deputy learned the car was stolen out of SE Portland on December 12, 2012.

Responding deputies from the Clackamas County Sheriffs Office, officers from the Sandy Police Department, and deputies from Multnomah County, aided by a CCSO K9 deputy, searched the area and located the driver and one of the passengers.

The driver was identified as Trevor A. Freauff, age 22, of Clackamas. He was located by the K9 and was bit after refusing to comply with commands. He is being treated for dog bite wounds at a local hospital and will be transported to the Clackamas County Jail when released. Charges will include: Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle, Reckless Driving, and Reckless Endangering. There is a potential for other charges as the investigation continues.

The passenger was identified as Joshua N. Biggs, age 25 of Portland. He was arrested and will be charged with UUMV, and potential further charges as the investigation continues.

Deputies are still looking for the second passenger and he has been tentatively identified as Christopher Allen Freauff, age 27, of Clackamas. He is an adult white male, 5' 11", thin build, brown hair, wearing all dark clothing.

Booking photographs of both suspects in custody will be available at http://www.clackamas.us/safetyapp/inmates/ after they are processed.
