ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: Because of the continuing high winds, the tipped over semi will not be removed from the Astoria Megler Bridge until later this afternoon. The bridge has been closed since around 11 a.m. when a chip truck tipped over. ODOT officials in Clatsop County are still requesting that motorists postpone or delay travel on coastal corridors that have been impacted by downed trees, debris and high standing water for a few more hours or until the major weather system subsides.
