ODOT: PDX, Mt. Hood: Emergency repairs will close the right lane of I-5 southbound to the top deck of the Fremont Bridge (I-405 south) from noon to 8 p.m. today. Drivers should expect congestion and avoid I-5 south during especially during the evening commute. Crews will perform emergency repairs to a bridge joint that is breaking loose from the concrete on the on-ramp to the Fremont Bridge.
