MISSING ENDANGERED 14-YEAR-OLD

November 30, 2012 - This afternoon, Washington County Sheriff's Deputies responded to Westview High School on a report of a missing endangered 14-year-old teenager with special needs.
At 12:30pm, 14-year-old Shai Jackson, was reported missing from Westview High School, 4200 NW 185th Avenue in Rock Creek. This is located in the Enhanced Sheriff Patrol District (ESPD). Shai is a special needs student that functions at a 10-year-old level. Deputies with Search and Rescue responded and are actively looking for Shai. Beaverton School District is assisting the in the search of Shai.
Shai was last seen wearing a black Columbia zip up hooded jacket, gray pants, gray and green shoes, black beanie hat, and has a blue and black backpack. Shai is 5'3", 130lbs has brown hair and brown eyes. He may not know his last name. He does not live in the area and it is possible he is headed to Vancouver, Washington.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help to find Shai. He is not equipped to stay out overnight and does not go places on his own. If anyone sees Shai they are asked to call 911.
