An inmate from Coffee Creek Correctional Facility (CCCF) is facing charges following an indictment by a Washington County grand jury after an Oregon State Police (OSP) investigation determined she initiated false claims toward a CCCF corrections lieutenant and solicited inmates to lie for her to support her allegations.
JESSICA LEE LITTLE, age 27, is currently in custody at Washington County Jail after an arrest warrant was issued following her indictment by a grand jury on 2 counts of Initiating a False Report and 2 counts of Bribing a Witness. LITTLE is serving a sentence at CCCF for Identity Theft and Perjury.
In June 2012, Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) contacted OSP Criminal Investigation Division requesting an investigation into the alleged physical assault toward a female inmate - JESSICA LITTLE - by a male DOC lieutenant. A thorough OSP investigation found evidence and information indicating the complainant made up the allegations and tried to get other inmates to lie in support of her claims.
According to the Washington County District Attorney's Office, an arraignment is scheduled for December 10, 2012.
