ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: The US 101: Astoria Megler Bridge will close tonight at 6:30 p.m. after experiencing strong winds that are threatening to detach segments of contractor work decks attached to the side of the bridge. Motorists should make plans for a bridge closure tonight that will continue through tomorrow morning. ODOT will reassess the situation at at approximately 7 a.m. tomorrow. UPDATE
