ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: The US 101: Astoria-Megler Bridge is now open to one lane of flagged traffic after winds loosened platform panels that served as deck for painters. The bridge is expected to open to two lanes of traffic after engineers double check the security of the remaining platform panels. Reopening could be as early as noon.
