Vancouver Police Department Public Information Coordinator Kim Kapp will be out of the office September 26, 2012-October 1, 2012. Cmdr. Dave King will be handling media calls during this timeframe and can be reached at (360) 487-7512 during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).
Members of the media with urgent inquiries outside of office hours should call dispatch on the media line and request a call back from an on duty PIO. On duty PIO's will not have updated information on active investigations. All investigative updates will be sent out in the form of a media release.
Kim Kapp will be back in the office on October 2, 2012.
