UPDATE: LOCATED. VANCOUVER POLICE SEEK ASSISTANCE FROM THE PUBLIC TO LOCATE MISSING JUVENILE

At approximately 5:45 p.m. Ka Ua Tubania was located by law enforcement personnel and is safe.

On September 20, 2012 at approximately 7:00 a.m.. Vancouver Police were called to a residence in the 400 block of Omaha Way for the report of a missing/runaway juvenile male. The parents at the residence reported to police that the afternoon prior at approximately 4:00 p.m. Ka Ua Tubania, 12, left the residence after arguing with them and has not been home since.
Ku Ua is 5'4", 130lbs., black hair, brown eyes and was last wearing a gray t-shirt and yellow basketball shorts.
Anyone with information on the location of Ka Ua Tubania is asked to call 911.
