29 y/o Cassandra Manee checked herself out of her adult care facility on 09/23/12. Cassandra has medical conditions that require medication. She was last seen wearing a black sweater and baggy blue jeans with holes in the jeans. She is missing from the McGillivray and Mill Plain Blvd area
