On Thursday September 27, 2012 at 8:43pm, a Washington County Deputy responded to the 17000 block of Washington Street in Aloha, which is located in the Enhanced Sheriff's Patrol District (ESPD). Upon arrival, family members of Jorge Villa told the deputy Mr. Villa was last seen at 8:00am that morning.
The family told the deputy, Mr. Villa is 22-years old and suffers from Asperger's Syndrome and has the mental abilities of a 10-year-old. He is able to get around and use public transportation on his own. The family said, he followed his normal routine for a Thursday and left at 8:00am to do some shopping. He normally returns by 2:00pm and he usually calls from his cell phone several times while he is out.
On Thursday Mr. Villa did not call home during the day and he did not return as expected. The family said this is the first time he has not called or returned home as expected and they are concerned for his safety. Attempts to reach Mr. Villa on his cell phone have been unsuccessful.
Washington County Deputies contacted Tri-Met, conducted a search of the area and the Tanasbourne shopping area, with no success. He has been entered into Law Enforcement Data System as a missing person. Deputies have been working to locate Mr. Villa since he was reported missing last night.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office is asking for citizens help to find Jorge Villa. Mr. Villa left the house wearing a white hoody sweatshirt with an unknown university emblem on the left shoulder. He was wearing Khaki shorts and blue converse shoes. He had with him a dark colored backpack, and a large blue Trader Joes shopping bag. Mr. Villa is 6'4 and weighs about 150 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who has seen Jorge Villa or has any information on his whereabouts is asked to call Washington County Sheriff's Office dispatch at 503-629-0111.
