ODOT: Valley, No. Coast: All lanes of I-5 southbound remain blocked by a crash at milepost 173, approximately two miles south of Cottage Grove. A semi hauling multiple trailers has jackknifed across the highway. An earlier fuel leak has been stoped. Motorists can avoid the crash area by exiting the freeway at Cottage Grove and taking OR 99 south. Tow trucks have been called but the closure may be lengthy. UPDATE
