ODOT: PDX, Mt. Hood: The northbound span of the Interstate Bridge will be closed for up to 15 minutes at a time from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. Friday while crews make safety repairs. The closures, which will include lifts of the drawbridge on the northbound span, will have no impact on southbound traffic.
