On 08/14/12, at about 9:30 am, the Self Service Market at 12325 SE 82nd Avenue, Clackamas, was robbed at gunpoint. The suspect fled before deputies arrived.
Clackamas County 911 received a call from the Self Service Market at about 10:10 am, reporting that a person had robbed the store about 30 minutes earlier. They reported the suspect had gotten away with cash.
The suspect was described as a black male adult, approximately 25 years old, 5'8' - 6' tall, weighing between 170 - 200 pounds. The suspect was wearing a dark colored sweatshirt hoody and dark colored baggy sweatpants and a bandana style mask covering his face.
The suspect was armed with what appeared to be a semi-automatic handgun.
No one was injured in the robbery.
A Clackamas County detective responded to the scene to investigate.
Video surveillance cameras in the store captured much of the event.
